The first enemy wheels out the contraption. Once the silver helmeted enemies have been destroyed, a large contraption gets wheeled in and the next goal is to defeat the three sets of enemies shown at the top of the screen. Be warned that their helmets will come off before they've been killed, so it may look like there aren't any of the right enemies around to kill, when really there are, they just don't have their helmets anymore. There's no real trick here - just ignore all the stuff going on around the sides and stick in the center and the enemies will approach. The next goal is to destroy five of the silver helmeted enemies. Once that is done, the next area will open up. In the first stage of the battle, the goal is to kill 10 of the enemies shown at the top of the screen.
On the top ledge, hit the tree to knock the apple off, then pick it up and head back down to the ground level to give it to the brown horse.Īfter the cutscene the player is transported into a flashback battle with Azog the Defiler. On the left hand ledge, find the green dwarf stack spot and have Oin, Bifur, and Nori stack on each other then have Bilbo climb up them to the top ledge. Build a ladder then use two characters to raise it and put it across the gap to the left. Bring Oin and Nori up through the hatch, then have Oin break the cracked plate. On the second ledge have Bilbo clear all the objects to reveal a dwarf hatch (the lower entrance should automatically reveal itself). Once Oin is up, find the green dwarf stack spot and stack Oin and Nori together, then have Bilbo climb up them to the next ledge. After escaping capture by the dangerous Wood Elves, Bilbo and the dwarves journey to Lake-town and, finally, to the Lonely Mountain, where they face the greatest danger of all: the fearsome dragon Smaug (Benedict Cumberbatch).On the first ledge, destroy the objects on the right, then build a ladder so Oin can climb up to this level.
More dangers await them, including the skin-changer Beorn and the giant spiders of Milkwood. Having survived the first part of their unsettling journey, Bilbo Baggins (Martin Freeman) and his companions (Ian McKellen, Richard Armitage) continue east.
